Chatters And Customers

Let’s face it girls, the main reason we are here is to please our clientele! They are the backbone of our business and without them, we are unemployed! A few key elements of what makes our chatters special and what changes a first time chatter into a long term customer.

We recently did a survey with a large group of our chatters and the information listed here is all feedback from those chatters. This is a list of some of the questions they were asked and the most common responses:

What are the things that make you want to continue to be a member of our community? “The variety and personalities of all of the ladies”, “a tightly knit community of chatters that are fun to hang out with”, “it’s the most fun I’ve ever had on an adult website”.

What do you look for in a web-cam model, before you even enter any chatrooms? “I look at their profiles first”. “If they seem like interesting people from their profile, I will go check out their room”. “If there is no bio on their profile, I usually won’t even visit them, I want to know what to expect at least a little before I enter a room”. “If I like the way they look, I’ll go see them myself”.

When you enter a room, what are the characteristics of a model that bring you back again and again? “Fun and entertaining personality is a must, physical attractiveness and an ability to keep the atmosphere of the room exciting to me”. “If she remembers me and things about me, I am more interested in finding out more about her and will keep coming back”.

What kind of things would make you leave a room once you've chatted with a model? “Not interested in the things I am interested in”. “She is not talking to the chatters”. “She is begging for privates”. “She is not even trying to get to know the chatters”. “I hate it when girls leave the studio for 45min at a time, I usually don’t go to their rooms often if at all after those”. “REALLY LONG BREAKS!”

What do you expect from a private session with a model? “To have fun with her and hopefully she has fun with me”. “I am very picky about whom I take private and I am specific in my tastes, I expect them to perform for me the way that I want them to”. “I don’t “expect” anything; I just want her to enjoy herself”. “I just enjoy watching the girls enjoying themselves”. “Though I don’t go to private often, I do go for a reason, to get off with a pretty girl”.

Do you communicate your wishes/expectations for a private session to the models either before or during a session? 58% said yes/both, 16% said that they talk about their wishes in private only, 14% said they do talk to the models before taking them private, 12% said no or that they never really thought about it (we need to work on this, as not asking means they may not even think we want to know!)

What else can we do to make your experiences with us more rewarding? “Nothing, you are doing a great job!” “Add 2way voice to private chat”. “Give us more special events”.

Hopefully this gives everyone some idea of what our chatters think about our performance and the ways in which each of us affect their views of the entire site. The views of our customer base are what makes us money, girls. If they don’t like us, they will go elsewhere! If they do like us, they will not only stay and spend, some will even bring new customers to our site with them!
